AllPro, Inc. uses a network of dental dealers, most of whom stock some or all of our products.

»  If you are a dental office or school who uses a dealer to order your dental products, please provide us with the following information when you are ordering online, by fax or phone.

• Name and address of dental office or school

• Name of person placing the order or a contact person at your dental office or school

• Phone number of dental office or school

• Shipping street address

• Billing address (if different than shipping address)

• Dealer information is required when you place an order.  (If you require assistance for suggested dealers, please contact AllPro at 1.800.243.2285)

• Products you wish to order

»  If you are a dealer who has an account with AllPro, Inc., please provide us with the following information when you are ordering online, by fax or phone.

• Dealer name

• Name of person placing the order or a contact name at your dealer

• Phone number of dealer

• Shipping street address

• Dealer billing address

• Purchase Order number

• Products you wish to order
